Sr Eveleen Retreat House offers regular residential silent retreats based on the spiritual exercises of St Ignatius of Loyola and occasional themed and directed retreats, updated regularly.
Residential 6 Day Silent Individually Guided Retreat
An opportunity to listen to God at work in the experience of your daily life and prayer. You will be accompanied by a spiritual director who will meet with you daily. Contemplative community prayer is also part of this retreat.

Residential 5 Day Silent Retreat
A retreat opportunity from Sunday evening until Saturday morning especially suited to those committed to weekend parish ministry. Directed if desired. Contemplative community prayer facilitated twice daily.

These residential 5 day, 6day or weekend retreats are an opportunity to listen to God at work in the experience of your daily life and prayer. You will be accompanied by a spiritual director who will meet with you daily. Contemplative community prayer is also part of this retreat. Spiritual directors Lyn and/or Kevin Gallagher will lead these retreats, occasionally accompanied by another trained director. Lyn and Kevin are both members of NZ association of Christian spiritual directors, having been formed in this ministry on the SEED course and at St Beuno’s in Wales.
